
BANH MI is a Vietnamese sandwich that's made up of a crusty bread roll smeared with mayo or aioli and topped with one or more meats (typically pork), pickled vegetables, green onion, cilantro, and fresh chilies.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE A BANH MI SANDWICH:
- Cut a roll so it lays open and toast it
- Spread the Sriracha aioli and/or liver pate on one or both sides of the toasted roll
- Layer with pulled pork and/or chicken and pickled veggies
- Top with cilantro, green onions, and chili peppers if you like it spicy
